There must be a simple activity that your team will decide to do so as to engage your audience after your explanations. Some examples include food tasting, say native language, wear costumes and take a photo, quiz time, play traditional games etc.

For e.g. if you are doing Moroccans' dance steps, you might want to spend this session doing up a nice chart with lots of dance pictures & moves. For activity, you will teach the guests to do basic dance steps so as to award them thereafter .

Draft speech & practice – It is advisable to keep oral presentation to 3 minutes and another 2 minutes for activity.

Decide on stamp shapes you would like to use on actual day
This is to award stamps for guest who are at your booth. You may carve it out from carrot, radish and so on.
